WebTracker is a helper tool and the data it provides does not carry a 100% accuracy guarantee. Price checks run periodically; notifications are not real-time. App data must not be used as the sole basis for financial or commercial decisions. By using the app you accept these conditions.
1. Description of the Service
WebTracker is a mobile app that lets users track a price, stock status, or any text element on any public website. Users provide a URL and select a CSS/XPath element; our servers check that element at regular intervals and send a push notification when it changes.
2. Account Creation & Security
You must create an account with your email address to use the app. You are responsible for your account security. Never share your password. If you notice unauthorised access, report it immediately at support@getwebtracker.com.
3. Acceptable Use
The app may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. The following are strictly prohibited: sending excessive requests that could harm target servers, creating tracking jobs that clearly violate the terms of the target site, attempting unauthorised access to other accounts, and reverse-engineering or copying the app.
4. Tracking Limits
The free plan allows a maximum of 3 tracking jobs, split as 1 standard site (static HTML) and 2 premium sites (JavaScript-rendered). Premium sites require a headless browser, which is why they have a separate quota. Paid plans with higher limits will be available in the future.
5. Standard vs. Premium Sites
A "standard site" serves HTML content directly. A "premium site" loads its content dynamically via JavaScript (as many e-commerce platforms do). Running a headless browser for premium sites is more resource-intensive, hence the separate quota.
6. Nature of the Notification Service
Price checks run periodically and are not real-time. Check frequency may vary, so a notification for a price drop may arrive a few minutes after the change occurs. WebTracker is not liable for missed deals or delayed notifications.
7. Quiet Hours
You can set a quiet hours window in the app. Price changes detected during this window will be delivered once the window ends. If quiet hours are disabled, notifications may arrive at any time.
8. Service Accuracy, Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
WebTracker is a helper tool for price and content tracking; it does not guarantee that results will always be 100% accurate. Price checks run at set intervals and are not real-time; a notification may arrive a few minutes after the actual change occurs. Structural changes to a target site's HTML, CSS, or JavaScript may cause a tracking job to stop working or read an incorrect value. Data provided by the app is for informational purposes only and must not be used as the sole basis for investment, purchasing, or any financial or commercial decision. WebTracker cannot be held legally liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions, server errors, delayed or inaccurate notifications, missed opportunities, or losses arising from decisions made based on the app's data. The app is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any express or implied warranty of any kind.
9. Intellectual Property
The app name, logo, design, and source code are owned by WebTracker. Copying, reproducing, reverse-engineering the source code, or building a competing product using our technology is prohibited.
10. Account Suspension & Termination
If you violate these terms, misuse the platform, or harm others, your account may be suspended or permanently closed without prior notice. You may also close your account at any time.
11. Account Deletion
You can delete your account via Settings → Delete Account, or by emailing support@getwebtracker.com. After deletion, all personal data and tracking records are permanently removed within 30 days.
12. Service Changes
WebTracker reserves the right to add, remove, or modify features, including the scope of the free plan. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification.
13. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The update date appears at the top of this page. We recommend checking this page periodically. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bursa.
